I love my new apartment so much! Just moved into the 1 bed plus den, and it is perfect for me and my dog. Clean, modern, great amenities, friendly neighbours, quiet, non-smoking, safe, super dog-friendly, and great location. The most amazing off-leash walking trail next to the river is located 5 minute walk away!!! I don't know if I'll ever leave.

It's been an amazing 2 years here, going on my third. The property is very well kept with regular cleaning and maintenance, and I really love the ambience of the building. Their social lounge and bbq patio which residents can book for free has been the coolest amenity here!

It's pet friendly and the neighbours are great too!

When I moved in, I was immediately impressed with the workmanship. The attention to detail and layout, it was clear that a lot of thought went into this build. With a view of downtown, and the sounds from the stadium on game night, it was an added bonus. A great place to come home to.

I couldn’t be happier! The management is outstanding! Mouny is amazing - always responsive, friendly, and willing to help with any concerns. The building itself is well-maintained, clean, and has all the amenities you could need. The atmosphere is peaceful, and the location is perfect. I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a great place to live!
